1. I agree that through the use of this Seekwave eBook Store Owner Agreement. I will be responsible for my own business activities and not as an employee, agent, or franchisee of Seekwave Promotions and Seekwave eBook Store Internet Business.
2. I understand and agree that in order for Seekwave Promotions to maintain a viable marketing system, they may make modifications in procedures, the Seekwave Promotions Compensation Plan, Commissions, Literature and Websites. I further agree to be bound by such changes upon notification through official Seekwave Promotions Literature or Emails.
3. I acknowledge that I am an Independent Seekwave eBook Store Owner not an employee, officer, agent or owner of Seekwave Promotions Policies, Procedures, Programs, and Presentation Materials. Any act deemed by the company to be detrimental to the company in any manner is grounds to terminate my Seekwave eBook Store Business and Website.
4. This Seekwave eBook Store Owner Agreement is effective on the date I order and pay for my Seekwave eBook Store Business. I understand that the acceptance of this Seekwave eBook Store Owner Agreement does not constitute the sale of stocks, bonds, insurance or a franchise nor am I acquiring any interest in a security by the acceptance of this agreement. There is no guarantee made to me on the amount of money I can earn with my Seekwave eBook Store Business.
5. I understand and agree that because of the nature of this Seekwave eBook Store Owner Agreement, it may not be transferred or otherwise assigned without the prior written consent of Seekwave Promotions Inc.
6. I will receive a one-year Free Register Seekwave eBook Store Domain Name and Registration Number a $9 value. Seekwave Promotions will register the Seekwave eBook Store Domain Name and Registration Number for the Seekwave eBook Store Owner. Seekwave eBook Store Domain Name and Registration Number will be good for 12 months from the date of registration and can be renewed by Seekwave eBook Store Owner for additional years for $9 per year or the current renewal cost from the domain hosting company.
7. Seekwave eBook Store Owner invest $9 a year to have a register Seekwave eBook Store Website Domain Name and Store Registration Number, $24 – $36 a year after free website hosting service end and $30 a year for Seekwave eBook Store Website Maintenance Service after free maintenance service end. This is a money saving opportunity for the Seekwave eBook Store Owner to earn money from a small yearly business investment of $63 or $75 to maintain their Seekwave eBook Store Business and Website.
8. Seekwave eBook Store Owner invest $3 per month or $24 per year when making one payment for website hosting service and $30 per year for website maintenance service in one payment. Website hosting service is needed to see the Seekwave eBook Store Website on the Internet. Seekwave eBook Store Owners will receive a free Membership to: Website Hosting 77.com and Seekwave Promotions Advertising & Marketing Resource Library. Website Hosting 77.com is for hosting Seekwave eBook Store Websites and Maintenance. PLEASE NOTE: Seekwave eBook Store Website can only be hosted on Seekwave Promotions Website Hosting Service Account.
9. I understand that this Seekwave eBook Store Owner Agreement represents the complete understanding and agreement of the parties and that there are no other agreements, either oral or written, between parties. I understand I must be 18 years of age or older to become a Seekwave eBook Store Owner.
10. Seekwave eBook Store Owner has the option of keeping all banners that are on the Seekwave eBook Store Website or can request banners to be removed within two weeks of eBook Store Ownership at no cost. Seekwave Promotions has the right to change any of the banners that are on the Seekwave eBook Store Website. At the present time there are two banners on Seekwave eBook Store Website. One of the banner is a memorial website banner and the other is a Advertising Space Banner to use personally or you can rent the ad space to another advertiser.
11. If a Seekwave eBook Store Owner request Seekwave Promotions to remove any of the banners from their eBook Store Website the request will be honor at no cost within two weeks of eBook Store Ownership.
12. Termination of Seekwave eBook Store Owner Agreement. I may terminate my Seekwave eBook Store Owner Agreement and eBook Store Website at any time by notifying Seekwave Promotions Inc in writing at 3020-1 Prosperity Church Rd #260 Charlotte, North Carolina 28269. My cancellation will be effective promptly upon the receipt of my cancellation notice. Seekwave Promotions may terminate my Seekwave eBook Store Owner Agreement and eBook Store Website at any time upon providing written notice to me if they have any reason to believe that I have not honored any part of the agreement or have been unethical in representing Seekwave Promotions, Seekwave eBook Store and Seekwave eBook Store Owner Agreement. I hereby acknowledge this agreement and the policies and procedures explained. I have read them, and I understand and willingly accept the terms of this Seekwave eBook Store Owner Agreement by ORDERING A SEEKWAVE EBOOK STORE INTERNET BUSINESS.
