1. I agree that through the use of Seekwave.com Distributor Agreement I will be responsible for my own business activities and not as an employee, agent, or franchisee of Seekwave.com.
2. I understand and agree that in order for Seekwave.com to maintain a viable marketing system, they may make modifications in procedures, Seekwave.com Distributor Compensation Plan, Affiliate Banners, Literature and Websites. I further agree to be bound by such changes upon notification through official Seekwave.com Distributor Literature or Emails.
3. I acknowledge that I am an Independent Seekwave.com Distributor, not an employee, officer, agent or owner of Seekwave.com policies, procedures, programs, and presentation materials. Any act deemed by the company to be detrimental to the company in any manner is grounds to terminate my Seekwave.com Distributor Agreement and Distributorship Affiliate Website.
4. Seekwave.com Distributor Agreement is effective on the date received by Seekwave.com at its corporate office. I understand that the acceptance of this agreement does not constitute the sale of stocks, bonds, insurance or a franchise nor am I acquiring any interest in a security by the acceptance of this agreement. There is no guarantee made to me on the amount of money I can earn with Seekwave.com Distributorship and Seekwave.com Distributor Affiliate Website.
5. I understand and agree that because of the nature of this agreement, it may not be transferred or otherwise assigned without the prior written consent of Seekwave.com.
6. Each distributor affiliate website will have its own website address such as: https//Seekwave.com/1205 ect. You will receive 12 months of free website hosting. After 12 months of free website hosting, Seekwave.com Distributor will need to invest $12 – $18 for 12 months of additional website hosting.
7. I understand that this agreement represents the complete understanding and distributor agreement of the parties and that there are no other distributor agreements, either oral or written between parties.
8. I understand I must be 18 years of age or older to become a Seekwave.com Distributor or have your parents or guardian permission to become a Seekwave.com Distributor.
9. Termination of this Seekwave.com Distributor Agreement. I may terminate this Seekwave.com Distributor Agreement and my Seekwave.com Distributor Affiliate Website at any time by notifying Seekwave.com in writing at Seekwave.com 3020-1 Prosperity Church Rd #260 Charlotte, North Carolina 28269. My cancellation will be effective promptly upon the receipt of my cancellation notice. Seekwave.com may terminate my Seekwave.com Distributor Agreement at any time upon providing written notice to me if Seekwave.com have any reason to believe that I have not honored any part of this agreement or have been unethical in representing Seekwave.com Products and Services. I hereby acknowledge this agreement and the policies and procedures explained. I have read them, and I understand and willingly accept the terms of this Seekwave.com Distributor Agreement by ordering Seekwave.com Distributorship Business Package to become a Seekwave.com Distributor.
