Seekwave Promotions Helping People
1. I agree that through the use of Seekwave Appreciation Sponsor Agreement I will be responsible for my own business activities and not as an employee, agent, or franchisee of Seekwave Promotions.
2. I understand and agree that in order for Seekwave Promotions to maintain a viable marketing system, they may make modifications in procedures, Seekwave Appreciation Sponsor’s Compensation Plan, Affiliate Banners, Literature and Websites. I further agree to be bound by such changes upon notification through official Seekwave Appreciation Sponsors Literature or Emails.
3. I acknowledge that I am an Independent Seekwave Appreciation Sponsor, not an employee, officer, agent or owner of Seekwave Promotions policies, procedures, programs, and presentation materials. Any act deemed by the company to be detrimental to the company in any manner is grounds to terminate my Seekwave Appreciation Sponsors Agreement and Sponsorship.
4. Seekwave Appreciation Sponsors Agreement is effective on the date received by Seekwave Promotions at its corporate office. I understand that the acceptance of this agreement does not constitute the sale of stocks, bonds, insurance or a franchise nor am I acquiring any interest in a security by the acceptance of this agreement. There is no guarantee made to me on the amount of money our business or organization can earn with Seekwave Appreciation Sponsorship and Seekwave Appreciation Sponsor Affiliate Website.
5. I understand and agree that because of the nature of this appreciation sponsor agreement, it may not be transferred or otherwise assigned without the prior written consent of Seekwave Promotions.
6. Each appreciation sponsor affiliate website will have its own free website address such as: www.Seekwave.com/1402 ect. Businesses and organizations will receive 12 months of free website hosting. After 12 months of free website hosting, Seekwave Appreciation Sponsor will need to invest $12 for 12 months of additional website hosting.
7. I understand that this agreement represents the complete understanding and agreement of the parties and that there are no other agreements, either oral or written between parties.
8. I understand I must be 18 years of age or older to become a Seekwave Appreciation Sponsor.
9. Termination of this Seekwave Appreciation Sponsors Agreement. I may terminate this Seekwave Appreciation Sponsor Agreement and my Seekwave Appreciation Sponsorship Affiliate Website at any time by notifying Seekwave Promotions in writing at Seekwave Promotions 3020-1 Prosperity Church Rd #260 Charlotte, North Carolina 28269. My cancellation will be effective promptly upon the receipt of my cancellation notice. Seekwave Promotions may terminate my Seekwave Appreciation Sponsor Agreement at any time upon providing written notice to me if Seekwave Promations have any reason to believe that I have not honored any part of this agreement or have been unethical in representing Seekwave Promotions Products and Services. I hereby acknowledge this agreement and the policies and procedures explained. I have read them, and I understand and willingly accept the terms of this Seekwave Appreciation Sponsor Agreement by ordering Seekwave Appreciation Sponsorship Package to become a Seekwave Appreciation Sponsor.
