Seekwave Distributor Agreement
1. I agree that through the use of Seekwave Distributor Agreement I will be responsible for my own business activities and not as an employee, agent, or franchisee of Seekwave.
2. I understand and agree that in order for Seekwave to maintain a viable marketing system, they may make modifications in procedures, Seekwave Distributor Compensation Plan and Literature. I further agree to be bound by such changes upon notification through official Seekwave Distributor Literature or Emails.
3. I acknowledge that I am an Independent Seekwave Distributor, not an employee, officer, agent or owner of Seekwave policies, procedures, programs, and presentation materials. Any act deemed by the company to be detrimental to the company in any manner is grounds to terminate my Seekwave Distributor Agreement.
4. Seekwave Distributor Agreement is effective on the date received by Seekwave at its corporate office. I understand that the acceptance of this agreement does not constitute the sale of stocks, bonds, insurance or a franchise nor am I acquiring any interest in a security by the acceptance of this agreement. There is no guarantee made to me on the amount of money I can earn with Seekwave Distributorship.
5. I understand and agree that because of the nature of this agreement, it may not be transferred or otherwise assigned without the prior written consent of Seekwave.
6. I understand that this agreement represents the complete understanding and Seekwave Distributor Agreement of the parties and that there are no other Seekwave Distributor Agreement, either oral or written between parties.
7. I understand I must be 18 years of age or older to become a Seekwave Distributor.
8. Termination of Seekwave Distributor Agreement: I may terminate this Seekwave Distributor Agreement and my Seekwave Distributorship at any time by notifying Seekwave in writing at 3020 Prosperity Church Rd Charlotte, North Carolina 28269. My cancellation will be effective promptly upon the receipt of my cancellation notice. Seekwave may terminate my Seekwave Distributor Agreement at any time upon providing written notice to me if Seekwave Promotions have any reason to believe that I have not honored any part of this agreement or have been unethical in representing Seekwave Distributor and Seekwave.com Discount Card. I hereby acknowledge this agreement and the policies and procedures explained. I have read them, and I understand and willingly accept the terms of this Seekwave Distributor Agreement by ordering Seekwave Distributorship Package to become a Seekwave Distributor.
