3. I acknowledge that I am Independent Seekwave Memorial eBookstore Owner not an employee, officer, agent or owner of Seekwave.com Policies, Procedures, Programs, and Presentation Materials. Any act deemed by the company to be detrimental to the company in any manner is grounds to terminate my Seekwave Memorial eBookstore Internet Business and Website.

I hereby acknowledge this agreement and the policies and procedures explained.
