Seekwave Excel
Membership Agreement

1. I/WE agree and understand that through the use of this Seekwave Excel Membership Agreement that I/We will be responsible for our own business activities and not as an employee, agent, or franchisee of Seekwave Promotions.

2. I/We understand and agree that in order for Seekwave Promotions to maintain a viable marketing system, they may make modifications in procedures, the Seekwave Promotions Compensation Plan, Commissions, Literature and Websites. I/We further agree to be bound by such changes upon notification through official Seekwave Promotions Literature or Emails.

3. I/We acknowledge that we are an Independent Seekwave Excel Member not an employee, officer, agent or of Seekwave Promotions Policies, Procedures, Programs, and Presentation Materials. Any act deemed by Seekwave Promotions to be detrimental to the company in any manner is grounds to terminate our Seekwave Excel Membership Agreement and Seekwave online eBookstore Business.

4. This Seekwave Business Agreement is effective on the date we order and pay for our Seekwave eBookstore Business. I/We understand that the acceptance of this Seekwave Business Agreement does not constitute the sale of stocks, bonds, insurance or a franchise nor are we acquiring any interest in a security by the acceptance of this agreement. There is no guarantee made to the amount of money I/We can earn with a Seekwave Excel Membership and eBookstore Business.

5. I/We understand and agree that because of the nature of this Seekwave Excel Membership Agreement, it may not be transferred or otherwise assigned without the prior written consent of Seekwave Promotions.

6. I/We will receive a one-year Free Register Seekwave eBookstore Domain Name and Registration Number an $11 value. Seekwave Promotions will register the Seekwave eBookstore Domain Name and Registration Number for the Seekwave eBookstore Business Owner. Seekwave eBookstore Domain Name and Registration Number will be good for 12 months from the date of registration and can be renewed by Seekwave Excel Member for additional years for $11 per year or the current renewal cost from the domain hosting company.

7. Seekwave Excel Member invest $11 a year to have a register Seekwave eBookstore Website Domain Name and Store Registration Number, $12 – $18 a year after free website hosting service end and $12 a year for Seekwave eBookstore Website Maintenance Service after one year of free maintenance service end. This is a money savings promotion for the Seekwave Excel Member to earn money from a small yearly business investment of $35 or $41 to maintain their Seekwave eBookstore Online Business per year.

8. Website hosting service is needed to see the Seekwave eBookstore Website Online. Seekwave Excel Members will receive a free Membership to: Website Hosting 77.com and excel member will receive free Seekwave Promotions Advertising & Marketing Resource eBooks on a flash drive. Website Hosting 77.com is for hosting Seekwave eBookstore Website and Website Maintenance. PLEASE NOTE: Seekwave eBookstore Website can only be hosted on Seekwave Promotions Website Hosting Service Account. If needed, Seekwave Promotions Management Team can manage and operate the Seekwave eBookstore Business for Seekwave Excel Member for six months at no additional member cost. After six months of managing and operate the Seekwave eBookstore Online Business for Seekwave Excel Member the excel member can continual the management service for $25 per month.

9. Seekwave Excel Member has the option of keeping Seekwave eBookstore Sponsor Banner that is on Seekwave eBookstore Website or can request the banner be removed within two weeks of Seekwave Excel Membership start at no cost. Seekwave Promotions has the right to change any banner that is on the Seekwave eBookstore Website. The website sponsor advertiser banner can be used by the rewards member personally or the ad space can be rented to another advertising sponsor. The advertiser website ad space can be removed the choice is up to the rewards member.

10. I/We understand this Seekwave Excel Membership Agreement represents the complete understanding and agreement of the parties and that there are no other agreements, either oral or written, between parties.

11. Termination of Seekwave Excel Membership Agreement. I/We may terminate this Seekwave Excel Membership Agreement and Seekwave eBookstore Business at any time by notifying Seekwave Promotions in writing at 3020 Prosperity Church Rd Charlotte, North Carolina 28269. The cancellation will be effective promptly upon the receipt of the cancellation notice. Seekwave Promotions may terminate this Seekwave Excel Membership Agreement and eBookstore Business at any time upon providing written notice to I/We if they have any reason to believe that I/We have not honored any part of this agreement or have been unethical in representing Seekwave Promotions and Seekwave Excel Membership Agreement. I/We hereby acknowledge this membership agreement and the policies and procedures explained. I/We have read them, understand and willingly accept the terms of this Seekwave Excel Membership Agreement by ordering Seekwave Excel Membership and Free Seekwave eBookstore Online Business.
