By entering Genesis Give Back Contest 2022 entrants consent to be bound by these Official Rules, which shall constitute an agreement between those that enter the Give Back and Seekwave.com the Host of Genesis Give Back Contest 2022, hereafter called The Host. All decisions of The Host with respect to Genesis Give Back Contest 2022 shall be final.

Contest Period

Genesis Give Back Contest 2022 will be accepted starting May 7, 2022 and shall continue until deadline date for people to enter Genesis Give Back Contest 2022 by The Host in accordance with these rules. Genesis Give Back Contest 2022 period may be shortened, at the sole discretion of Seekwave.com the Host, in the event that the number of qualified contestants has been received. Eligibility

To be eligible to win, you must be a resident of the United States or the District of Columbia.

Young American Adults ages 18 to 35, Disable American Veterans Americans 18 years of age or older with type one or two Diabetes

All contestants must comply with these Official Rules. Officers, directors, and employees of the host, judges and hosts of Genesis Give Back Contest 2022, the developer of the website, and employees of Seekwave.com and its affiliates, as well as those individuals’ immediate family members and the residents of their households are not eligible to win a Seekwave eBookstore Internet Business.

With respect to the contest and to the prize, host makes no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability for a particular purpose. Dispute Resolution

By entering Genesis Give Back Contest 2022 each contestant agrees that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to participation in the contest shall be settled by arbitration, before a single arbitrator, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its commercial arbitration rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. As each of these jurisdictions has laws and regulations that may differ from those of the state of North Carolina, by accessing this website both you and Seekwave.com agree that the statutes and laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflicts of laws or principles thereof, will apply to the contest, these official rules, the entire relationship between Seekwave.com and contestant, and any legal proceeding arising there from (whether grounded in tort, contract, law or equity). In the case of a dispute, subject to the provisions of the Dispute Resolution paragraph stated previously, you and Seekwave.com agree any litigation arising between the parties hereto shall be brought only in the state or federal courts having subject matter jurisdiction in Charlotte, North Carolina. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent to the jurisdiction of any such court and hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waive any defense of an inconvenient forum to the maintenance of any action or proceeding in any such court, any objection to venue with respect to any such action or proceeding, and any right of jurisdiction on account of the place of residence or domicile of any party thereto.
