Membership Agreement

1. I agree that through the use of this Seekwave Memorial Membership Agreement. I will be responsible for my own business activities and not as an employee, agent, or franchisee of Seekwave Memorial Group and Seekwave Memorial eBookstore Internet Business.

2. I understand and agree that in order for Seekwave Memorial Group to maintain a viable marketing system, they may make modifications in procedures, the Seekwave Memorial Group Compensation Plan, Commissions, Literature and Websites. I further agree to be bound by such changes upon notification through official Seekwave Memorial Group Literature or Emails.

3. I acknowledge that I am Independent Seekwave Memorial Member not an employee, officer, agent or member of Seekwave Memorial Group Policies, Procedures, Programs, and Presentation Materials. Any act deemed by the company to be detrimental to the company in any manner is grounds to terminate my Seekwave Memorial Membership, eBookstore Internet Business and Website.

4. This Seekwave Memorial Member eBookstore Agreement is effective on the date I order and pay for my Seekwave Memorial eBookstore Internet Business. I understand that the acceptance of this Seekwave Memorial Member eBookstore Agreement does not constitute the sale of stocks, bonds, insurance or a franchise nor am I acquiring any interest in a security by the acceptance of this agreement. There is no guarantee made to me on the amount of money I can earn with my Seekwave Memorial Membership and Seekwave Memorial Internet eBookstore Business.

5. I understand and agree that because of the nature of this Seekwave Memorial Membership Agreement, it may not be transferred or otherwise assigned without the prior written consent of Seekwave Memorial Group.

6. I will receive a one-year Free Register Seekwave Memorial eBookstore Domain Name and Registration Number a $11 value. Seekwave Memorial Group will register the Seekwave Memorial eBookstore Domain Name and Registration Number for the Seekwave Memorial eBookstore Member. Seekwave Memorial eBookstore Domain Name and Registration Number will be good for 12 months from the date of registration and can be renewed by Seekwave Memorial Member for additional years for $11 per year or the current renewal cost from the domain name hosting company.

7. Seekwave Memorial eBookstore Member invest $11 or the current registration cost a year to have a register Seekwave Memorial eBookstore Website Domain Name and Store Registration Number, $12 – $18 a year after free website hosting service end and $30 a year for Seekwave Memorial eBookstore Website Maintenance Service after free maintenance service end. This is a money saving opportunity for the Seekwave Memorial Member to earn money from a small yearly business investment of $53 or $59 to maintain their Seekwave Memorial eBookstore Internet Business and Website.

8. Seekwave Memorial Member invest $1.50 per month or $12 per year when making one payment for website hosting service and $30 per year for website maintenance service in one payment. 9. I understand that this Seekwave Memorial Membership Agreement represents the complete understanding and agreement of the parties and that there are no other agreements, either oral or written, between parties. I understand I must be 18 years of age or older to become a Seekwave Memorial Member.

10. Seekwave Memorial Member has the option of keeping all of the affiliate banners that are on the Seekwave Memorial eBookstore Website or can request affiliate banners to be removed within 15 days at the start of Seekwave Memorial Membership at no cost. Seekwave Memorial Group has the right to change any of the affiliate banners that are on the Seekwave Memorial eBookstore Website. At the present time there are three affiliate banners on Seekwave Memorial eBookstore Website for earning Seekwave Memorial Member additional income.

11. If a Seekwave Memorial Member request Seekwave Memorial Group to remove any of the banners from their eBookstore Website the request will be honor at no cost within 15 days of the start of Seekwave Memorial Membership.

12. Termination of Seekwave Memorial Membership Agreement. I may terminate my Seekwave Memorial Membership Agreement and eBookstore Website Business at any time by notifying Seekwave Memorial Group in writing using Certified Mail at 3020 Prosperity Church Rd Charlotte, North Carolina 28269. My/our cancellation will be effective promptly upon the receipt of my cancellation notice. Seekwave Memorial Group may terminate my Seekwave Memorial Membership Agreement and eBookstore Website Business at any time upon providing written notice to me if they have any reason to believe that I have not honored any part of this agreement or have been unethical in representing Seekwave Memorial Group, Seekwave Memorial eBookstore and Seekwave Memorial Membership Agreement. I hereby acknowledge this agreement and the policies and procedures explained. I have read them, and I understand and willingly accept the terms of this Seekwave Memorial Membership Agreement by Ordering A Seekwave Memorial Membership, Free Internet eBookstore Business and Website.
