Seekwave.com Money Club Membership Agreement

1. I agree that through the use of Seekwave.com Money Club Lifetime Membership Agreement I will be responsible for my own business activities and not as an employee, agent, or franchisee of Seekwave.com.

2. I understand and agree that in order for Seekwave.com Money Club to maintain a viable marketing system, they may make modifications in procedures, Seekwave.com Money Club Member Compensation Plan, Literature and Websites. I further agree to be bound by such changes upon notification through official Seekwave.com Money Club Literature or Emails.

3. I acknowledge that I am an Independent Seekwave.com Money Club Member, not an employee, officer, agent or owner of Seekwave.com Money Club Lifetime Membership policies, procedures, programs, and presentation materials. Any act deemed by the club to be detrimental to the club in any manner is grounds to terminate my Seekwave.com Money Club Lifetime Membership Agreement and Business.

4. Seekwave.com Money Club Lifetime Membership Agreement is effective on the date received by Seekwave.com Money Club at its corporate office. I understand that the acceptance of this agreement does not constitute the sale of stocks, bonds, insurance or a franchise nor am I acquiring any interest in a security by the acceptance of this agreement. There is no guarantee made to me on the amount of money I can earn with Seekwave.com Money Club Member Income Opportunities.

5. I understand and agree that because of the nature of this agreement, it may not be transferred or otherwise assigned without the prior written consent of Seekwave.com Money Club.

6. Each member website will have its own website Seekwave.com address such as: www.seekwave.com/(your name)1208 ect.

7. FREE Seekwave.com Money Club Member Website Hosting Service from Seekwave.com Money Club using www.Websitehosting77.com hosting service with lifetime membership.

8. I understand that this agreement represents the complete understanding and agreement of the parties and that there are no other agreements, either oral or written between parties.

9. I understand I must be 18 years of age or older to become a Seekwave.com Money Club Member or have parent or guardian approval.

10. Termination of Seekwave.com Money Club Lifetime Membership Agreement. I may terminate my Seekwave.com Money Club Lifetime Membership Agreement, Seekwave.com Money Club Member Affiliate Website and Income Opportunity at any time by notifying Seekwave.com Money Club in writing at Seekwave.com Money Club 3020-1 Prosperity Church Road #260, Charlotte, North Carolina 28269. My cancellation will be effective promptly upon the receipt of my cancellation notice. Seekwave.com Money Club may terminate my Seekwave.com Money Club Lifetime Membership Agreement, Seekwave.com Member Affiliate Website and Income Opportunity at any time upon providing written notice to me if Seekwave.com Money Club has any reason to believe that I have not honored any part of this agreement or have been unethical in representing Seekwave.com Money Club Products and Services. I hereby acknowledge this agreement and the policies and procedures explained. I understand that if my Seekwave.com Money Club Lifetime Membership Agreement is Terminated by me or Seekwave.com Money Club for any reason their is no membership refund given. I have read them, and I understand and willingly accept the terms of this member agreement by signing up to become a Seekwave.com Money Club Member.
