I will be responsible for my own business activities and not as an employee, agent, or franchisee of Seekwave Promotions, Seekwave.com. Seekwave.com Distributorship or Seekwave Excel Income Membership. Seekwave Excel Income Membership is for a Lifetime. Meaning you only invest one time for Seekwave Excel Income Membership and Benefits.
2. I understand and agree that in order for Seekwave Promotions to maintain a viable marketing system, they may make modifications in procedures, the Seekwave Promotions Compensation Plan, Commissions, Literature and Websites. I further agree to be bound by such changes upon notification through official Seekwave Promotions Literature or Emails.
3. I acknowledge that I am an Independent Seekwave.com Distributor not an employee, officer, agent or owner of Seekwave Promotions Policies, Procedures, Programs, and Presentation Materials. Any act deemed by the company to be detrimental to the company in any manner is grounds to terminate my Seekwave Excel Income Membership and Seekwave.com Distributorship.
4. This Seekwave Excel Income Membership Agreement is effective on the date I order and pay for Seekwave Excel Income Membership. I understand that the acceptance of this membership agreement does not constitute the sale of stocks, bonds, insurance or a franchise nor am I acquiring any interest in a security by the acceptance of this agreement. There is no guarantee made to me on the amount of money I can earn with my Seekwave Excel Income Membership and my Seekwave.com Distributor Business.
5. I understand and agree that because of the nature of this Seekwave Excel Income Membership Agreement, it may not be transferred or otherwise assigned without the prior written consent of Seekwave Promotions Inc.
6. I will receive one Free Seekwave.com website address Name for my Seekwave.com Distributor Affiliate Website.
7. Seekwave.com Distributor will receive FREE Website Hosting Service with Seekwave Excel Income Membership Investment. Website hosting service is needed to see the Seekwave.com Distributor Affiliate Website on the Internet. Seekwave.com Distributors will receive a free Membership to: Website Hosting 77.com. This website is for hosting Seekwave.com Distributor Affiliate Websites.
8. I understand that this Seekwave Excel Income Membership Agreement represents the complete understanding and distributor agreement of the parties and that there are no other agreements, either oral or written, between parties. I understand I must be 18 years of age or older to become a Seekwave Excel Income Member and Seekwave.com Distributorship Owner.
9. Seekwave.com Distributor agrees to keep all Seekwave Promotions Banners that are on the Seekwave.com Distributor Affiliate Website. Seekwave Promotions has the right to change banners and promotions of the banners that are on the Seekwave.com Distributor Affiliate Website at any time.
10. Termination of Seekwave Excel Income Membership Agreement and Seekwave.com Distributorship. I may terminate my Seekwave Excel Income Membership Agreement and Seekwave.com Distributorship at any time by notifying Seekwave Promotions Inc in writing at 3020-1 Prosperity Church Rd #260 Charlotte, North Carolina 28269. My cancellation will be effective promptly upon the receipt of my cancellation notice. Seekwave Promotions may terminate my Seekwave Excel Income Membership and Seekwave.com Distributorship at any time upon providing written notice to me if they have any reason to believe that I have not honored any part of this agreement or have been unethical in representing Seekwave Promotions, Seekwave Excel Income Membership and Seekwave.com Distributorship Opportunity. I hereby acknowledge this business agreement and the policies and procedures explained. I have read them, and I understand and willingly accept the terms of this business agreement by ORDERING SEEKWAVE EXCEL INCOME MEMBERSHIP AND FREE SEEKWAVE.COM DISTRIBUTORSHIP OPPORTUNITY.
