1. I/WE agree and understand that through the use of this Seekwave Excel Membership Agreement that I/We will be responsible for our own business activities and not as an employee, agent, or franchisee of Seekwave Promotions.

I/We understand and agree that in order for Seekwave Promotions to maintain a viable marketing system, they may make modifications in procedures, the Seekwave Promotions Compensation Plan, Commissions, Literature and Websites. Any act deemed by Seekwave Memorial Group to be detrimental to the company in any manner is grounds to terminate our Seekwave Memorial Member Agreement and Memorial Tribute Web Page.
4. This Seekwave Memorial Member Agreement is effective on the date I/We order and receive for our Seekwave Memorial Membership. I/We understand that the acceptance of this Seekwave Member Agreement does not constitute the sale of stocks, bonds, insurance or a franchise nor are we acquiring any interest in a security by the acceptance of this agreement. There is no guarantee made to the amount of money I/We can earn with a Seekwave Memorial Membership. Seekwave Affiliate Banners Id Cookie Life Time is 14 days. Seekwave Memorial Members will be awarded for Internet referral sales if the sale is made before the cookie life expires. 5. I/We understand and agree that because of the nature of this Seekwave Memorial Member Agreement, it may not be transferred or otherwise assigned without the prior written consent of Seekwave Memorial Group.
6. Seekwave Memorial Member must keep all Seekwave Affiliate Banners and memorial web page sponsor banners on the memorial member Seekwave Memorial Tribute Web Page. Seekwave Memorial Group has the right to change any of the advertising banners that are on the member’s tribute web page.
7. I/We understand that this Seekwave Memorial Member Agreement represents the complete understanding and agreement of the parties and that there are no other agreements, either oral or written, between parties.
8. Termination: Of Seekwave Memorial Membership Agreement. I/We may terminate this Seekwave Memorial Member Agreement and our memorial web page at any time by notifying Seekwave Memorial Group in writing at 225 S. Popular Street, Ste 2308, Charlotte, North Carolina 28202. The cancellation will be effective promptly upon the receipt of the cancellation notice. Seekwave Memorial Group may terminate this Seekwave Memorial Member Agreement and memorial web page at any time upon providing written notice to me/us if they have any reason to believe that I/We have not honored any part of this agreement or have been unethical in representing Seekwave Memorial Group and Seekwave Memorial Member Agreement. I/We hereby acknowledge this member agreement and the policies and procedures explained. 1. I agree that through the use of this Seekwave Memorial Membership Agreement. I will be responsible for my own business activities and not as an employee, agent, or franchisee of Seekwave Memorial Group and Seekwave Memorial eBookstore Internet Business.
2. I understand and agree that in order for Seekwave Memorial Group to maintain a viable marketing system, they may make modifications in procedures, the Seekwave Memorial Group Compensation Plan, Commissions, Literature and Websites. I further agree to be bound by such changes upon notification through official Seekwave Memorial Group Literature or Emails.

Seekwave Memorial eBookstore Domain Name and Registration Number will be good for 12 months from the date of registration and can be renewed by Seekwave Memorial Member for additional years for $11 per year or the current renewal cost from the domain name hosting company.
7. Seekwave Memorial eBookstore Member invest $11 or the current registration cost a year to have a register Seekwave Memorial eBookstore Website Domain Name and Store Registration Number, $12 – $18 a year after free website hosting service end and $30 a year for Seekwave Memorial eBookstore Website Maintenance Service after free maintenance service end. My/our cancellation will be effective promptly upon the receipt of my cancellation notice. Seekwave Memorial Group may terminate my Seekwave Memorial Membership Agreement and eBookstore Website Business at any time upon providing written notice to me if they have any reason to believe that I have not honored any part of this agreement or have been unethical in representing Seekwave Memorial Group, Seekwave Memorial eBookstore and Seekwave Memorial Membership Agreement. I hereby acknowledge this agreement and the policies and procedures explained.
